If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on return and Exchange.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
  • If you are returning an item from an order that come with a free gift and the value of the order falls below the gift qualifying amount after the return. the redeemed gift must be returned as well. If the gift is not returned. you will incur charged based on the market value of the gift.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

Step 1 Go to My Account >> Order>> View, click Refund My Entire Order then submit the Return form. State clearly which product (including size and colour) and the number of products you want to return if you have more than one item in the order, and only want to be partially refunded.

Step 2 Pack the item(s) into the original package and attach the original invoice (can be downloaded online). Send the parcel to the address provided below.

Step 3 You will be notified via email once your parcel reached us. Further instructions will be provided in the email.

Our return policy is only applicable to any item(s) purchased online and delivered in the United Kingdom, within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns and exchanges are shiped to the address below:

We recommed you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. We will not be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your items(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it's in good condition and complies with our refund policy. This can take up to 2 working days.

After the return has been approved, it takes up to 14 working days for the refund to be made to your original payment method. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us

Refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as refleted on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges from your initial order will only be refunded if all the items from the order are returned successfully

Exchange

Step 1 Go to My Account >> Order>> View, click Refund My Entire Order State clearly which product (including size and colour) you want to exchange, then submit the form.

Step 2 Pack the item(s) into the original package and attach the original invoice (can be downloaded online). Send the parcel to the return address provided above.

Step 3 You will be notified via email once your parcel reached us. Further instructions will be provided in the email.

Step 4 We will ship the replacement item(s) to you and bear the shipping cost.
